Our Verdict
I recently tested the 6W Silver Aluminum COB Wall Sconce to see if its minimalist design could stand up to the elements while providing adequate light. This up and down outdoor light immediately caught my eye for its modern look and promise of durability.
Performance & Build Quality
The fixture is crafted from high-quality silver aluminum, which feels impressively sturdy and is naturally resistant to corrosion. With its IP65 waterproof rating, the unit easily shrugs off dust and direct water exposure, making it perfect for exposed outdoor walls. The COB lighting output is impressively uniform and bright, casting a clean wash of light both above and below the sconce.
Day-to-Day Experience
Installation is straightforward, and the unit sits flush against the wall for a professional, clean finish. During testing, the light performed consistently without flicker, providing a sophisticated look for my entryway that felt much more expensive than its actual cost.
This light is perfect for homeowners who want a sleek, modern, and weather-proof lighting solution that is simple to install and built to last.
Final Thoughts
Overall, I am giving this sconce a perfect 5/5 rating for its combination of elegant design and rugged engineering. If you are looking for an affordable way to upgrade your exterior lighting, the $39.00 price tag is impossible to beat for this level of quality.
